A HEARTFELT NEW COMEDY WITH MUSIC EXPLORING AUTISM'S MANY JOYS, STRUGGLES AND COMPLEXITIES.

One woman plays multiple roles in this 90 minute ride. Abounding with music, irreverent humor and verbatim interviews, “A” TRAIN takes us on a trip to a different way of being, redefining happiness with every twist and turn.

Utilizing a compact, portable set, “A” TRAIN is told through songs, stories, and mature language.

PRODUCTION HISTORY

"A" TRAIN was developed at UC Santa Barbara, Department of Theater and Dance's LAUNCH PAD program.

In 2017, "A TRAIN" won “Best Production” at the United Solo Festival in NYC…and was the top selling show of the year. (There were over 120 plays in the Festival!)

Stagebiz.com review: http://www.stagebiz.com/SBReviews/A/ATrain/ATrain.html

"A" TRAIN just played a sold-out performance at LA’s Skirball Center and partnered with the Art of Autism which held an art exhibit in the lobby.  We feature some of their artists’ work as part of the show.

"A"  TRAIN is currently running at Playmakers Repertory Company in NC through 4/29.

"A" TRAIN returns as the Opening Performance of the 2018 United Solo Festival  in NY on  Sept. 13th.
